This is my last and final Tip of Fitness Abhiyan 2019. As I promised you that I will share 31 Tips on a daily basis to start this New Year.
We all deserve HOLISTIC ABUNDANCE.
We all deserve an Abundance of Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness.
It first starts in your mind, with your thoughts. So keep reminding yourself that you are healthy. You are wealthy. You are loving and you are happy.
It does not mean that if you keep reminding your mind, it will happen.
Now you have to act on it. You need to take actions.
But believe me, if you are feeding your mind with these thoughts. Actions will happen. First, the seed is sown in your mind. These seeds will lead you to take actions.
Keep feeding your mind with thoughts which are positive and progressive, please stay away from unwanted negative thoughts (this can come from your TV. Social media. Newspapers. Unnecessary group discussion on unproductive topics)
One way to feed your mind is Affirmations (positive thinking and self-empowerment)
once in a day you can just close your eyes and do this. It can be early morning or sitting in your office chair or after your workout. Or just before that evening cup of tea.
Just close your eyes and say this.
I AM HEALTHY
I AM WEALTHY
I AM LOVING
I AM HAPPY.
If you fill your mind with these thoughts which are positive and progressive. There will be actions in those directions which will make you much much more healthy. Much much more wealthy. Much much more loving and much much happier.
Just the process itself will make you feel positive and energetic.
I wish you an ABUNDANCE OF HEALTH. WEALTH. LOVE. HAPPINESS this new year.

CUT DOWN ON SUGAR
If one thing you need to start cutting down it has to be SUGAR.
Yes everybody loves those desserts and we all crave to have that sweet thing after a meal.
But believe me it is unwanted calories and it does not do any good to ourselves. It’s just a satisfaction for our taste buds that stays just for few minutes but have lasting negative effect.
But don’t take drastic steps of reduction.
Start with your tea. Just start cutting half of your sugar intake.
Two spoon to one spoon. From one spoon to half a spoon. From half a spoon to just few granules.
Start slowly reducing sugar from your meal.
Like if you love your sweets or your favorite dessert have just half of it.
I don’t believe in any drastic steps where you go into a sacrificing phase. When this happens you start feeling that you are loosing something in life.
This results in a bounce back with a vengeance eating pattern, where you tend to eat the same thing double.
And please I will never prescribe not to eat your favorite mithai. Just start cutting its quantity slowly and slowly.
LET 2019 be your FITTEST YEAR ever.
