Don't while doing shoulder press :-
1. Don't bang 💥 dumbells while pushing upwards ( it can distort your shoulder so badly that uh even don't know )
2. Choosing challenging weight is one thing but over doing is the worst thing. With increase in weight make sure it challenge you but involve low reps as the weight go more challenging.
3. Don't drop your elbow too low.
4. Don't loose your body loose.
Dos while doing Shoulder press :- 1. Keep your elbow parallel to ground.
2. Squeeze it hard while coming up.
3. Keep it slow while coming down.
4.keep your spin straight.
