Right breathing can make you feel energised and fresh.
A wrong breathing can lead to increase in blood pressure (if you hold your breath while exercising) and also make you dizzy.
Wrong breathing also effects the performance and outcome of your exercise.
There is a very simple formula of breathing.
It’s called “EE” (Exhale when you put Effort)
Any exercise where you put effort just exhale ( in Pushups exhale when you come up. In squats exhale when you come up )
Any exercise which requires holding a position keep your breathing normal and don’t hold it. ( during planks keep breathing normal )
I recommend pursed lips breathing. Breath out through tight lips and inhale through nose.
Normally also do some breathing exercise by simply inhaling and exhaling just sitting for a minute it will help you and will make you feel energised.
