TIPS & POSES
💕GET ALL THE GOODIES: I like to make restorative yoga extra special. Grab pillows, blankets, comfy clothes, blocks & essential oils. ✨ I’m using the Align blend from @domi_blendedlife which I’m obsessed with!
✨SEATED STRETCHES: Sit on a pillow & do some side stretches! Move slow and breathe deep. Cat & cow pose relieves any stiffness in the back!
💕RECLINED TWIST: This feels so good to the spine and is great for the internal organs. This move can relieve cramps from your period.
✨WINDSHIELD WIPER: Feet are planted on the mat & knees rock side to side. This stretches and massages the lower back
💕SUPPORTED FISH: One of my favorite restorative poses. One tall block for your head, one goes behind your back. Adjust until you feel comfortable. Your legs can go into any position, but I recommend walking the feet out and bringing knees together.
✨SUPPORTED SAVASANA: Roll up a blanket to support your knees & use a pillow for your head. Let the body and mind rest.
