𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹.
Here are some very helpful excercises that you can include in your daily practice to start workin on it.
Slide 1- Perform 20 repetitions in each direction, can be preogressed by placing light weigths in hand.
Slide 2- Focus on getting the movement by your fingers and relax your shoulder muscles. Repeat 20 times
Slide 3- Hold the stretch on each side for atleast 5secs. Gradually you can increase this holding time to 20sec, practice 10-20 times on each side
Slide 4- Repeat the movement 10 times if your body allows(avoid it in case of severe sholder mobility restriction)
Slide 5- Repeat 10 times with unaffected arm on top
Please note that these excercises should only be a part of your practice and you should still continue with your regular practice but avoid putting extra stress on your shoulder.
