Full of protein and enriched with veggies, few drops of oil, this Soya Chilli is a treat for taste & health. Ingredients: 1-2 tbs Oil 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped 2 slit green chilies & 2 finely chopped green chilies Salt 100 gm Soya Chunks (Pre-boiled) 1 tbs Soya Sauce 1/2 tbs Hot Sauce 1 tbs Tomato Ketchup 1 Small Onion - cut in cubes 1/2 yellow and 1/2 red bell pepper - cut in cubes Green onions chopped Method: Heat up a pan Add oil Add garlic to pan, let it cook till it gets golden brown Add chilies - Slit and Finely Chopped Add little salt Add Pre-boiled Soya Chunks Add 1 tbs Soya Sauce Add 1/2 tbs Hot Sauce Add 1 tbs Tomato Ketchup Mix it well. Cover the pan and let it cook for 7-10 minutes So that Soya Chunks absorb all the flavors Time to add vegetables Add onions & bell peppers Toss the vegetables Add some spring onions Serve the Soya Chilli with garnished with onion greens.
