Add this simple healthy dish to your any time eating. Sunny side up egg on the bed of sliced capsicums. Capsicums are cooked just a bit in few drops of oil. Method: Heat a pan, add few drops of oil and add garlic, mildly saute it. Add salt, pepper and herbs. I like my bell peppers crunchy so no over-cooked capsicums please. If you don’t eat eggs than u can eat this as a vegetable else in another pan make sunny side up and place it on the bed of the sliced capsicums vegetable. Let the half cooked egg yolk spread all over capsicums. Trust me it’s a blast of flavors and textures in the mouth. One egg yolk should be ok for a day..
